In the beginning it was a free to air channel in analogue mode. Besides India, Sony Entertainment Television is available in the countries like the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Nepal, Bangladsh, Maldives and Malaysia. Sony Television is a digitally encrypted channel and distributing through The OneAlliance bouquet. The OneAlliance is a joint venture between Multi Screen Media Pvt. Ltd and Discovery Communication India. Sony Entertainment Television India available on the DTH platforms of Dish TV, Sun Direct, Big TV,Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV.
