Kasthuri TV is a 24 hour entertainment channel in Kannada language. It launched on 26 September. It is the first Kannada language channel owned by a Kannadiga.This channel is an infotainment channel with 40 percentage of news content. This channel is managed by Anitha Ramaswami, wife of ex-chief minister H D Ramaswamy, of Karnataka. The channel has planned to launch two more 24 hour channels, devoted to music and news.
