Polar Satellite launch Vehicle C 15 (PSLV C 15) of India launched successfully from Satish Dawan space center SHAR in Sriharikota on July12 at 9.22am by Indian Space Reserch Organaistion(ISRO). The rocket carried five satellites. Alsat 2A of Algeeria, LNX.1 Aisat 1 of Canada, LNX6.2 Tsat of Switzerland, Studsat developed by 35 engeenring students from Andra Pradesh and Karnataka and Cortsat 2 of India were carried by the rocket. The count down started on July 10 at 6.52am and end at 6.22am on 12 July 2010.This is the sixteenth successful launching of PSLV. The first launching was a failure and all other sixteenth launchings were successful.
