When it was a dream to present Oriya thought throughout the globe, when it was only a concept to spell out Oriya landmarks among the grass roots, when it was only an imagination to have a complete Oriya audio-visual mass media of international standards, a flame was ignited by the ETV Network. A Stream was created, a baby was born January 27, 2002.ETV Oriya, the channel for those, who love and take pride in Orissa.
