Amrita TV

Amrita TV started its official transmission in 2005. It is a 24 hour Malayalam entertainment and news channel. Though it started later to compare other Malayalam satellite channels it attract viewers by presenting different type of programs which a malayalee never see before. It change the view of reality shows in Malayalam TV channels by its musical reality shows like “Super Star” and “Super Star Junior”. Other private Malayalam channels also make to follow the path of Amrita TV because of the grate success of its reality shows. It introduced reality shows for dancers(Super Dancer and Super Dancer Junior),Mothers(Vanitha Raknam),Armature Journalists(Best Citizen Journalist) ,Actors(Best Actor)and for classical music students (Raga Raknam Junior)etc. It is the only Malayalam channel in Malayalam shows four reality shows in a day . “Sundara Bhoomi”(Travelogue), ,”Junior Genius “,Super Star junior-2 (Reality shows)and“Ammayodoppam” are some of the most attractive programs of Amrita TV transmitting now.
