Amrita TV’s unorthodox and impartial television courtroom programme, Kathyalla Ithu Jeevitham has been accorded double accolades in the 2nd Vayalar Ramavarma Film and Television Awards .
Constituted by the Vayalar Ramavarma Samskarika Vedi to acknowledge and appreciate outstanding achievements in the visual media, it gives away awards to the best talents in specialized fields of Film & Television. The Award Jury for this year is headed by noted film maker Balu Kiriyath.
Kathayalla Ithu Jeevitham was chosen as the Best Value Based Programme while its anchor person, cine actress Vidhubala bagged the award for the Best Presenter.
Kathayalla Ithu Jeevitham is a pioneering programme on legal counseling which offers legal solutions to domestic deadlocks and set new standards in social commitment. Telecast Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm, it is the 1st show in which the final solution will be legitimized by the KELSA (Kerala Legal Services Authority) seal.
The dual laurels which gives the programme its due, is a just recognition of the quality and excellence of a show that presents family imbroglios in a fair and
unprejudiced manner and strives to resolve it to the satisfaction of all parties concerned.
