The Sundirect DTH has facing a problem for three days now. Only some channels are available for these days for the customers. It claims that 70% of the channels are come back now and the rest channels will available shortly. SunDirect publish a letter to it subscribers as below.
“Dear Sundirect customers, to view all your favourite channels do the following:
- Go to Channel 001 and wait for 1 minute or
- Power OFF (Plug out) and Power ON (Plug in) or finally,
- Go to Menu and set Restore Factory. (Default password is 0000)
Now you can view 70% of the channels the rest will be available shortly.
